Adhesion Inspection (Dry Method):

Each batch of tanks undergoes inspection using an adhesion tester, conducting tests such as grid-cutting, scraping, or stretching to evaluate the adhesion performance between the coating and substrate.

 

Hardness Inspection:

Periodic inspections are conducted using a hardness tester at specified intervals to measure the hardness of the epoxy resin coating, ensuring compliance with requirements.

 

70°C Hot Water Immersion Test:

Tanks are immersed in 70°C hot water for a specified time and frequency to test performance changes, including adhesion and hardness.

 

Salt Spray Test:

Tanks are placed in a salt spray test chamber for a specified time and frequency to simulate a marine environment, testing the tanks' corrosion resistance.

 

Chemical Resistance Test:

Tanks undergo testing by exposing them to different chemical media for a specified time and frequency to evaluate chemical resistance, including the stability of the coating and the degree of damage.

Periodic inspections are conducted using a wear test machine to evaluate the wear resistance of the coating.
