Center Enamel(CEC Tank) is the leading galvanized steel water tank manufacturer in China. Galvanized steel water tanks during the galvanizing process, the prepared steel tank panels are completely immersed in hot liquid zinc, the zinc completely covers the surface and combines with the iron in the carbon steel to form several iron/zinc alloy layers. The corrosion products of the zinc are deposited on the steel, resealing it from the atmosphere and thus preventing corrosion. This allows the zinc to become part of the steel surface, protecting the steel from the atmosphere and corrosion. The hot-dip process provides better durability than the electroplating process, which provides a thinner layer of zinc alloy. An insoluble alkaline carbonate film forms on the zinc surface, protecting it from environmental influences. Galvanized Steel Water Tanks are an economical form of liquid storage primarily used for oil and gas, firefighting water, industrial liquids, potable water and wastewater applications.
