Glossy ART 310 Stainless Steel Milk Tanks For Dairy Industry

Center Enamel designs and manufactures milk tanks and other stainless steel tanks for the dairy industry. The dairy market has experienced significant growth in recent years, with large supplies requiring efficient processing. Good tank design ensures long service life and low maintenance costs. Additionally, when processing raw milk into the final product, small differences in design or specific tank mixer combinations can make a big difference in the handling of the product. We primarily build milk tanks, but we also have extensive experience designing and building other types of milk tanks.

The dairy industry has the highest standards for cleanliness and processing materials, and storage tanks used for milk storage need to be inspected to ensure their design, construction and material selection are best suited for the purpose. The milk tank is made of stainless steel as it is one of the most hygienic manufacturing options. It's easy to clean, doesn't smudge, and doesn't absorb any products it comes in contact with. In addition, it is corrosion-resistant and will not rust even after prolonged exposure to moisture.

Other advantages of using stainless steel tanks include the material's durability and cost-effectiveness. Because of these properties, stainless steel is also commonly used in other food processing applications, such as mixing tanks or pitchers.

Milk is delivered from the milking machine to the milk tank using sterile tubing. It is usually cooled using a heat exchanger because the milk collected directly from the cow is warm. Tank sizes range from as little as 100 gallons to thousands of gallons, depending on the size of the dairy product and processing and shipping capabilities. It is temporarily stored in those tanks until it is transferred to refrigerated trucks for transport to processing and packaging plants.

We design, manufacture and assemble stainless steel tanks and equipment for handling all types of raw milk, butter, cheese, yogurt and ice cream, as well as baby food, powdered milk, whey and other derivatives.

China Leading Stainless Steel Tanks manufacturer

Center Enamel offers stainless steel storage tanks in a bolted tank design. Stainless steel bolted tank is assembled by stainless steel plates, bolts, special sealant, etc. It is an innovation in the installation of stainless steel welded tanks. The tank uses SUS304, SUS316L, and SUS444 stainless steel plates, which meet the national OCr18Ni19 sanitary inspection standards and have the characteristics of lightweight, low cost, environmental protection, and sanitation. Stainless steel bolted tank is one of the most widely used storage tank solutions and widely used in drinking water storage, food industry, agricultural irrigation, rainwater collection, firefighting water storage, industrial wastewater treatment, bio-energy, leachate storage treatment, municipal sludge storage, grain silos, etc.
