Landfill Leachate Storage Tank For Leachate Treatment Project In Oregon


This is a landfill leachate treatment project by using Glass-Fused-to-Steel tank as landfill leachate storage tank in Oregon, USA. We manufacture 2 sets of glass fused to steel tanks for this landfill leachate project, it is double sidewall tank, inner tank size Ø 29.81*7.2m and outer tank size Ø 25.99*10.2m, the aluminum dome roof was provided by the customer, and the landfill leachate storage tanks were installed in 2016.

Leachate is the liquid that accumulates at landfills after rain. Rainwater filters pollutants from waste at landfills. Due to high levels of pollution, including ammonia and other pathogens, leachate poses serious environmental risks not only to public sewer systems and sewage treatment but also to streams, rivers, and lakes.  Therefore,  it is very important to use a landfill leachate storage tank to store the landfill leachate and treat before discharging.

Since 2008, Center Enamel has offered a selection of storage tanks and storage solutions suitable for most leachate, drinking water, fire water, industrial wastewater, agriculture water. When comes to installation, we will send out installation guide to be on site to train the local workers how to assemble the tanks. In contrast, Field-welded steel tanks are welded by trained and licensed welders, which cost a lot of money and time that might otherwise be better spent elsewhere. This results in an installation process that is quick and easy, far faster than the installation of concrete or welded tanks, and it is not subject to the weather delays that often stall the installation of competing designs.
